The NMHEAA 2021 Summer Retreat will be held at the Elegante Lodge and Resort and the Ruidoso Convention Center in beautiful Ruidoso, NM. During the retreat, institutional teams and individuals will spend focused time working on defined and assessable projects and can expect to return to campus with clear approaches and preliminary action plans.
The New Mexico Higher Education Assessment Association’s Summer Retreat provides institutional teams and/or individuals ‘time-away’ from the whirlwind of daily activities to focus on identifying and developing strategies and/or action plans for major projects that are critical to the long term success and improvement of their institutions. The retreat is structured so that teams and individuals are given both the structure and freedom needed to ensure participants will return to their campuses with clear approaches, actionable plans and articulated time frames for moving their institutional projects forward.
